Shonette is angry. So angry she's been stomping around in her wellies in the dark.

Well it has been a long day.

But it got her thinking about the lie of perfect happy parenting!

Being a parent is not always fun, or happy or easy.

But a happy parent helps sort their children out!

And that means being honest, forgiving yourself and chilling out!
